The selected timeframe corresponds to the time needed to manufacture your order and hand it over to the carrier. It is calculated in business days.
Our production times are guaranteed 100%. The carrier's delivery time is added afterwards.

Manufacturing time
When does the production time start?
Production time begins when:
- the order is confirmed;
- payment is accepted;
- print files are available and compliant;
- the proof is approved when requested.
An order confirmed after 12 p.m. is considered received the next business day.
Calculation example in J+2
A compliant order validated on Monday before 12 p.m. with production in D+2 will be handed over to the carrier no later than Wednesday.
An order validated on Friday before 12 p.m. with production in D+2 will be handed over to the carrier no later than the following Tuesday.
Weekends and public holidays are not counted.
What does a production time of D+2 mean?
A D+2 timeframe means the order will be manufactured and handed over to the carrier no later than two business days after it enters production.
D+2 does not mean the package will be delivered two days later. The carrier's shipping time must be added to the manufacturing timeframe.
What can change the announced timeframe?
The production lead time may be delayed when the order cannot enter production immediately.
This can notably happen in the following cases:
- the file is not compliant;
- payment is not validated;
- information is missing;
- a modification is requested after ordering;
- the proof has not yet been approved.
The lead time begins or resumes when all elements necessary for production are validated.
Does the proof add delay?
Yes. Selecting a proof adds one business day to the chosen production time.
The file is checked by our team before sending a digital proof. Production begins after proof approval.
This option is useful for verifying the format, size, and file preparation before printing.

Production time corresponds to the time needed to prepare, manufacture, check and pack the order.
It ends when the package is handed over to the carrier.
Shipping
Shipment corresponds to the departure of the package from our workshop.
When your order is marked as shipped, it has been handed over to the selected carrier.
Delivery time
The delivery time corresponds to the time required for the carrier to deliver the package to the specified address.
This time begins after shipment. It depends on the carrier, destination and chosen delivery service.

What does the lead time guarantee cover?
Our guarantee covers the overall production timeline, from order and file validation through to handover of the package to the carrier.
In case of production delays attributable to Sherpa Transfert, the order in question is fully refunded as a credit.
The guarantee does not cover delays caused by:
- a non-compliant file;
- late approval of the proof;
- unvalidated payment;
- a modification requested after the order;
- missing information;
- the carrier after taking charge of the package;
- an external event preventing production or shipment.

Why can an order be shipped in multiple packages?
An order may contain products with different production times or logistics routes.
For example, if the same order contains standard production prints and express production prints, products may be shipped separately to avoid delaying the most urgent part.
In this case, multiple packages and multiple shipping fees may apply.
Blank textiles and transfers may also be sent in separate packages.

Which products can benefit from short lead times?
Production options vary depending on the product, quantity and finish selected.
Short lead times can in particular be offered for:
