What is a printed (sublimated) badge?
In short: a printed patch (or sublimated badge) reproduces your logo in high-definition full color on a textile base. It's the #1 choice whenever there are gradients, photos, small text, or complex branding — where embroidery often falls short.

When to choose it (and when not to) ?
Choose the print if your logo is detailed, multicolored, photo or gradient, and you want maximum fidelity to the file.
Prefer another technology if you want strong tactile relief (→ 3D patches), a leather/cork texture effect (→ engraved patches), or classic thread rendering (embroidered coming soon; in the meantime: sublimated + cord).
Limitations: less volume than a Select/Mono 3D; this is not full-print marking (for all-over, stick with DTF transfer). A blurry file will give a blurry patch.
