We will reprint any order with a print quality or adhesion problem. Please provide us with a photo of any issue you may have when submitting your support request.

How do I place a DTF transfer?
Applying a DTF (Direct to Fabric) transfer sheet is a simple process that can be completed in a few steps.
Here is a general overview of the procedure:
1- Preheat the heat press: Before applying your DTF transfer sheet, it is important to preheat your heat press to the recommended temperature for your DTF sheets.
2- Place the textile: Place the textile on the heat press, ensuring it is properly aligned and stretched.
3- Place the DTF transfer sheet: Place the DTF transfer sheet on the textile, ensuring it is properly aligned with the textile.
4- Apply pressure: Apply the recommended pressure for your DTF sheets, using the heat press.
5- Remove the DTF transfer sheet: Once pressure has been applied, gently remove the DTF transfer sheet to reveal the print on the textile.
6- Apply a second pressure: It is recommended to apply a second, shorter pressure, using a Teflon sheet or parchment paper to protect the print and improve wear resistance.
It is important to note that pressure time, temperature and pressure may vary depending on the type of DTF sheets used and the textile material. It is therefore recommended to follow the application instructions.
Do DTF prints hold up in the wash?
DTF (Direct to Fabric) prints are designed to be durable and resistant to repeated washing. However, it is important to note that the durability of the print will largely depend on the proper care given to the printed textile.
The inks used for DTF printing are water-based inks that penetrate deeply into the fabric fibers, which allows for durable prints that are resistant to washing.
However, to extend the durability of the print, it is recommended to wash the printed textile inside out and at low temperature, using a mild detergent. It is also preferable not to use bleach or whitening products and to avoid the dryer.
It is important to note that even with proper care, it is normal for DTF prints to lose some of their brightness over time and with washing. However, the quality of the print will always remain good and readable.
