Printed patches, on the other hand, offer excellent graphic fidelity and more subtle relief, except with a Select 3D finish or Sherpa texture.

Select 3D is not a molded PVC / silicone patch: no metal mold, no 50–100 unit import MOQ, lead times in business days. Same intention (embossed logo), different process — better suited for small French production runs.

Better visual fidelity. Top choice whenever there are gradients, photos or complex designs.
Select 3D
Colors + selective raised varnish. Ideal for streetwear / sport when tactile impact matters.

When to choose engraving?
Engraved (leather/cork) wins when you want perceived material quality rather than a photo reproduction.

On the other hand, if your logo relies on 8 Pantone colors and a gradient, stick with sublimation.

Online, many searches lead to 3D PVC patch, silicone patch, rubber patch, or TPU patch. These are molded/injected patches, often imported, with prototype, mold, and long lead times. They excel in outdoor/tactical resistance.

A patch is not full print marking across the entire garment: for large areas or all-over designs, DTF transfer remains more suitable.
A patch cannot fix a blurry file.
